Grace Properties has partnered with AC Auctions, making us one of the only South Jersey real estate firms with an in-house licensed auctioneer.

AC Auctions  is a vertically integrated, family-owned company focused on commercial and residential real estate auctions, as well as large buy-outs of overstocked inventories. We are a court-approved auction company and licensed real estate brokers in New Jersey, operating primarily out of Atlantic County in partnership with Grace Properties.

By collaborating with multiple real estate offices throughout the region, AC Auctions Realty has successfully expanded its impact beyond Atlantic County, offering services across the Tri-State Area.
